When you submit a form (for example, the Free Visibility Scan or Contact form) you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you authorize HomeServiceVisibility to contact you about the request. We will use the submission to deliver the requested analysis or response and, where relevant, to send related follow-up communications.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, code, and marks are owned by HomeServiceVisibility or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
4. Third-party services
The Site links to and integrates with third-party services (for example, Calendly for scheduling). Your use of those services is governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policy.
5. Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI visibility outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the behavior of third-party AI systems, and are not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeServiceVisibility will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
